We typically look for at least two months of outbound call center experience. However, we are willing to give those without an experience the opportunity to succeed.

Can speak and write in either Korean, Mandarin, and Vietnamese Language.
- Inbound Call Center Agents
Has experience in a fast-food industry, excellent communication and listening skills.
- Team Leaders
Seasoned call center professionals with proven track records and strong multi-tasking skills; able to produce team results on an hourly basis.
- Quality Assurance Specialists
Minimum of one year outbound call center experience with an understanding of call center operations. Excellent communication skills and has the ability to perform in a fast-paced dynamic environment. Exceptional coaching and feedback skills.
- I.T. Specialists
An experienced IT practitioner, knowledgeable in web programming, Java ASP, Crystal Reports and My SQL, Microsoft IIS, Linux, PHP, Perl and PABX
- Trainer
A self starter with strong presentation, interpersonal and motivational skills and excellent oral & written communication skills. Must have the ability to develop basic training modules and conduct on-going training classes, and can handle multiple account/campaigns.
- Administrative Assistants
A mature professional who must be able to handle a myriad of high level responsibilities
- Human Resources Assistants
An experienced HR practioner who has superior people skills and competencies for recruitment, testing, and compensation and benefits administration.
